The Matica C320 metal plate embosser provides an electronic
solution for low to medium volume applications. This affordable
systems gives you an alternative to the tedious manual systems available in the past.

The C320 is ideal for industrial applications that require up to 80 plates per hour. It is also a low cost option if you are looking for a back-up unit for your larger systems or need the convenience of having another system on hand for peak demand periods - without sacrificing automatic feed or on-line capabilities. The C320 can accommodate a variety of plate sizes and can be configured for either embossing or indent applications.

The compact and sturdy design of the C320 will withstand harsh industrial environments yet features a "silent" embossing mechanism so it can be placed in your office or factory without disturbing employees. 

   

Identical to the C400, except having twice the capacity for loading and unloading of plates/tags (500 plates), the C450 has been designed to respond to very high volume production cycles.

The collection of produced plates can be arranged using three different options: side eject, FIFO elevator stacker or and external FIFO tray, the latter for fixed plate dimensions.

The C380 metal plate embossing system has been specifically designed to provide low/medium volume metal marking applications with an electronic solution where, until today, the only low-cost alternatives have been manual systems.

The C380 offers the convenience of an automatic plate feeder mechanism and optional on-line capability. Its compact design and silent embossing mechanism allows it to be installed in any factory or office environment without disturbing employees.
